My deepest sympathies go out to the families that suffered horrible losses in Whittier this month. I offer you my thoughts and prayers and well wishes during this very difficult time.

Condolences to the victims of the Penn Park accident and to my childhood schoolmate Peter Volkoff who lost his wife Friday night when two street racers crashed in to her on Colima Road.

I took this picture admiring the majestic beauty of
Penn Park. From this day forward I will always think of the
family that suffered the loss of their beloved mom and say a prayer
for them whenever I visit the park.
We are 5 days away from Christmas weekend and we are all rushing around trying to get through the week. We are working, stressing, shopping for that perfect gift. We are all trying to find the money for bills and gifts. We are basically living our lives because that is what we do but this year will be different for me. This year I will hold my loved ones a little tighter and let them know just how much they mean to me. I will look them in the eyes and make sure they know I mean it. This holiday I will be grateful for what I have because I know how quickly things can change.

If you took the time to read this please do me a huge favor and send some positive thoughts and prayers out to the families that suffered loss this month. I think about them everyday and I can only hope time will heal their wounds.
